The Primary Therapist serves as Clinical Counselor for treatments and care services such as assessment, treatment planning, case management, wellness, individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy for residents.

Essential Functions
o Responsible for the oversight, supervision and quality assurance of clinical services including both record keeping and direct services.
o Ensure clinical services are in compliance with county, state and federal regulatory agencies.
o Ensure adherence to the required HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by county, state and federal regulatory agencies.
o Lead agency compliance activities with Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board and The Joint Commission.
o Provide direct clinical services at the outset of operations including partial day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient services (IOP). This shall include the provision of both individual and group therapy.
o Review treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents meet county, state and federal agency standards.
o Participate in management team meetings and attend meetings when requested by the Executive Director
o Perform other clinical and supervisory duties as needed
Minimum Education and Experience
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
Three-five years of progressively responsible program management and staff supervision
Program development and evaluation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing systems. The noise level is moderate.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel might be expected.

We are seeking a motivated, passionate Mental Health Clinician for our newest location in Ohio. Mental Health Clinician are responsible for individual and/or group counseling for addiction and completes comprehensive assessments and addiction treatment plans. They maintain client records and adheres to all State, Federal, Accreditation and Program regulations.
Essential Functions:
o Knowledge of administrative functions including interpersonal communications, office etiquette, and computer skills.
o Advanced knowledge of 12-step treatment models and its application in residential treatment
o Possess strong clinically ethical standards
o Advanced knowledge of HIPAA regulations and CFR 42 requirements
o Provides treatment planning and activities based on individualized assessments
o Responsible for client treatment within parameters of Foundations Recovery Centers program
Ø Observes clients during sessions, documents behavior, attitude and progress
Ø Enters all client information, group notes, etc. into the appropriate records within scheduled time frames.
Ø Provides substance abuse individual, group, and family counseling
Ø Facilitates educational groups and informational sessions.
Ø Provides quality case management documenting all service coordination activities through the continuum of care.
o Maintain knowledge in the up-to-date clinical aspects of treatment service protocols
o Attend staff meetings and program required trainings as instructed.

Minimum Education and Experience
A candidate for this position must have a minimum of a Masters degree. Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
Requirements
Minimum: Masters degree. Degree in counseling or social work preferred.
Licensure required including but not limited to LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LCDCII/LCDCIII licensure
from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals is preferred.
